Sri Lanka · 23rd - 31st May 2020

Journey to a new you

Project Change is a journey of self-exploration in new and inspiring places. You may be stuck, unhappy, stressed or simply love yoga, travel and running, and want to be a better version of yourself.

It's difficult to create change in our everyday lives, without stepping out of our comfort zones; it's through this philosophy that Project Change evolved.

With Project Change, you'll achieve personal development and awareness through sustainable travel, elephant conservation and thought-provoking adventures using elemental yoga therapy, coaching, running, mindfulness, surfing/SUP and food. Explore and learn how to create the next chapter in your life...with purpose!

Discover

Sometimes we need to go outside of our usual surroundings to unearth and discover what's stopping us from being the best we can be.

Develop

By realigning our values, passions and goals we can build and develop the attributes that we need to help us achieve what we want.

Change

When we experience new things we can't help but change - and when it comes from within it's even more powerful.

Yoga & Coaching

We will be combining yoga movement, meditation, breathing, nutrition, therapy, coaching and mindfulness to create balance and synchrony with the natural rhythms of the earth to develop an environment for positive change.

The Yoga and Coaching workshops have been designed and crafted around the 5 great elements that are believed to reside in everything on this planet - from the land and sea to the elements in our bodies.

Earth     -    Water     -   Fire    -      Air     -      Space

Yang and Yin yoga sequences will be weaved throughout the whole retreat. The Coaching workshops will include self-development and expression, breakdown and uncovering of habits, self-care and wellbeing, fixed realities and how to create positive action.

Conservation

& Sustainability

Project Change is about discovering yourself and developing passions, values and beliefs with no boundaries, being immersed in natural surroundings and unfamiliar territories. It's during these conditions that we become comfortable with being uncomfortable and have the opportunity to grow even further.

Through conservation, we connect to the natural environments in which we live, we understand the communities that we're part of and the impact that we can have. This holistic approach and socio-emotional connection results in further change within ourselves and towards others. It's in these moments that real change can happen for a more sustainable future and why we work in alignment with a number on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
